WALTON REUNION 2019!

Join us on the Mountain in beautiful October for "The Forever Friends of The Waltons" inaugural weekend and the Grand Opening of John & Olivia’s Bed & Breakfast Inn!

Friday, October 25, 2019


8:00am

Registration at the Walton Hamner House Front Porch. Pick up packets with wrist bands, agenda and purchased items.
BRING PROOF OF PURCHASE AND PHOTO ID WITH YOU. NO PACKETS GIVEN WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE AND ID.


9:00am-12noon

Those 150 who purchased a Golden Ticket, will line up on Front Porch of John & Olivia’s Inn to enter Living Room to be photographed with the Cast for a Signed Cast Photo. The photo will be held and signed by the Cast and given to you before you enter the Saturday Evening Banquet.


11:30am-12:30pm

Luncheon at The Gathering, Home of Isis Ringrose celebrating ‘Carolyn Grinnell Day’.

NOTE: This event will overlap with the 9am-12:00noon Friday Photo Op, so if you’re planning to attend this, be in line early for the Photo Op, so you can attend the luncheon.


12:30pm-4:30pm

Autograph Show begins on Front Porch of John & Olivia’s Inn. Enter up the front steps and move along tables interacting with cast members to purchase their items and collect autographs. Cast members set their own prices for autographs and selfie photographs.
PLEASE DO NOT BE RUDE BY TAKING RANDOM PHOTOS OF CAST WHILE ON PORCH!

GRAND OPENING CEREMONY on the Front Porch of John & Olivia’s Inn, featuring Hamner Family Members and Waltons Cast Members.


9:30am-12:30pm

Those 150 who purchased an Unsigned Cast Photo will line up on Front Porch of John & Olivia’s Inn to enter Kitchen to be photographed with the Cast for an Unsigned Cast Photo. The photo will be immediately printed to take with you to the Autograph Show, if you wish to have it signed.

NOTE: The Cast will sign this photo at a reduced rate of $10 per signature.


1:00pm-5:00pm

Forever Friends of The Waltons Evening Banquet featuring the Cast.

NOTE:  A Companion Banquet Ticket is offered only to those who purchase a Golden Ticket, since spouses often want to attend the banquet and enjoy the meal, but may not care to attend Autograph Shows.

Example: Laurie Lane buys $175 Golden Ticket to get the entire Waltons experience and wants her husband to attend the banquet with her, so she also purchases a $80 companion banquet ticket for him to attend the banquet.

Golden Ticket: $175

(Limited to first 150)

This includes events for two days of access to The Waltons cast, a Signed Cast Photo*, Entrance Fee to Autograph Shows on Friday and Saturday, a ticket to the Saturday Evening Banquet at the Kirkley featuring The Waltons Cast, a 2019 Commemorative Forever Friends of The Waltons Tee Shirt and a Event Program.

*Photo Op with Cast - photo will be taken inside John & Olivia’s in Living Room starting at 9:00am till 12:00pm on Friday, October 25, ONLY on this day. Photos will be held and signed by Cast and available for pickup before you enter the Saturday Evening Banquet. Golden Ticket Holders may have a companion/spouse join them for the Cast photo, as long as the companion/spouse holds a Companion Banquet Ticket.


Companion Banquet Tickets

Companion Banquet Ticket - $80 (Limited to 60) at the Kirkley Hotel in Lynchburg. This ticket is ONLY for the Saturday Evening Banquet and ONLY available to those purchasing a Golden Ticket.

Teenager Banquet Ticket (13 to 18 yrs.) - $40 (Limited to 10) at the Kirkley Hotel in Lynchburg. This ticket is ONLY for the Saturday Evening Banquet and ONLY available to those purchasing a Golden Ticket.

Children's Banquet Ticket (12 yrs. & under) - $20 (Limited to 10) at the Kirkley Hotel in Lynchburg. This ticket is ONLY for the Saturday Evening Banquet and ONLY available to those purchasing a Golden Ticket.

If you want cast members to sign this photo, you must also purchase a $10 Autograph Show Ticket, unless you have purchased a Golden Ticket.

** Photo Op with Cast-photo will be taken inside John & Olivia’s in the Kitchen starting at 9:30am till 12:30pm Saturday, October 26, just after Grand Opening Ceremony, ONLY on this day. Photos will be printed when taken and Cast will sign photo for reduced autograph cost of $10 per signature during Saturday Autograph Show. Golden Ticket Holders may have a companion/spouse join them for the Cast photo, as long as the companion/spouse holds a Companion Banquet Ticket.

Ticket for Commemorative Event Program Booklet - $5

Golden Ticket Holders do not need to purchase this ticket, as it’s already included.

GENERAL INFORMATION

*Once all 150 Golden Tickets are Sold Out, fans can still purchase the Saturday morning 'Unsigned Cast Photo Op' and once those 150 are Sold Out, fans can still attend an 'Autograph Show' on Friday and/or Saturday to meet the Cast.

*Cast appearances are subject to change due to their availability.

*Cash is always best to use for purchases, as Wifi is iffy in Schuyler.

*Bring your PROOF OF PURCHASE AND PHOTO ID for verification. REQUIRED.

*Bring a rain jacket with hood in case of inclement weather. STRONGLY SUGGESTED.

*Bring water and snacks for while you wait in line. STRONGLY SUGGESTED.

*Bring lightweight stool for sitting down in line. Here is a link to buy a 1.5 pound three legged stool with 300 pound capacity for $5.99. STRONGLY SUGGESTED.

*Parking is free on the Giannini property and the Country Store parking lot.

*Lines will begin on the Front Porch of John & Olivia’s Inn and run along down Rockfish River Road to the Walton Hamner House and beyond, if necessary.

*Portable toilets will be nearby.

ACCOMODATIONS

A block of rooms is currently being held at the Kirkley hotel in Lynchburg starting Thursday, October 24 through Sunday, October 27 for the special rate of $119 per night plus taxes. Please ask for 'Forever Friends of The Waltons' rate when making reservations at 434-237-6333.
